· 100 weight free shoulder press
· 100 abs 28 pushups
For the next rounds you decrease the first three exercises by 20 and the pushups by 2 until you get to 20. You rest for two minutes only when you climb down the ladder and then repeat the exercises from 20 to 100 and up to 28 pushups (climb all the way up)!
