1’ jumping jacks
10 air squat (half range of motion)
Main set

⁃ 150 air squat
⁃ 125 V ups (abs)
⁃ 100 push up
⁃ 75 lunges each leg
Start with the air squat, every time you stop, do 10 burpees and go to the next one! This goes on until you complete all the reps in all exercises!
