Beyond Bootcamp &  Train Like an Athlete Experience

 

The core of the BEYOND Experience is the BEYOND Bootcamp and Train Like an Athlete class. Designed to ignite and inspire, these workouts are a continually changing, high intensity, nonstop interval training experience that’s designed to benefit the body, mind, and soul. With a focus on total core and body strength, Bootcamp & Train Like an Athlete classes will challenge both the fittest of athlete and non-athletes alike. Each class includes modifications for all levels, body types and physical limitations. The goal of the Bootcamp experience is to maximize fitness gains in the shortest period of time, ensuring a healthy, fit, high-functioning body.

Beyond Fitness Boxing Experience

BEYOND Fitness Boxing is a 10 round workout combining 2 types of training. Half workout is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing and the other half is spent on strengthening functional training.

These workouts need absolutely no previous experience in boxing as our experienced instructors fully guide all participants through the technics of this amazing sport!

The BEYOND Fitness Boxing class  offers a mind-body experience foul of endorphins and positive vibes.

Beyond HIIT 

Experience

BEYOND HIIT is a workout that involves short periods of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods.

This workout can bring maximal health benefits in minimal time and challenge both the body and mind involving intense cardio exercise alternating with resistance and weight training.

In BEYOND the HIIT wourkout is a playfoul experiance that burns calories and provides a complete cardiovascular and strengthening  workout.

Beyond Pilates Mat Experience

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form class that focuses on core (trunk) muscles while also training arms and legs.

Our experienced instructors practice with the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.

Lift & Build is a weight training workout  based on the fundamental principle that this type of training offers incredible benefits for everyday people hoping for better health!

In our Lift & Build class our training techniques focus on strengthening for muscle power, muscle strength, muscle hypertrophy and muscle endurance.
