BEYOND offers Personal Training and group

Bootcamps using scientifically peer-reviewed techniques that are guaranteed to provide a healthy and beneficial impact. We combine weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise. Classes are tailored for each student and the capability of the community.


The core of the BEYOND Experience is the BEYOND Bootcamp. Designed to ignite and inspire, the Bootcamp is a continually changing, high intensity, nonstop interval training experience that’s designed to benefit the body, mind, and soul. With a focus on total core and body strength, Bootcamp classes will challenge both the fittest of athlete and non-athletes alike. Each class includes modifications for all levels, body types and physical limitations. The goal of the Bootcamp experience is to maximize fitness gains in the shortest period of time, ensuring a healthy, fit, high-functioning body.
