Healthy pancakes

We know you love pancakes, you can enjoy them the healthy way by Theo Tsouanatos.

You will need:

- 1 banana

- 2 tbsp oat

- 3-4 eagwhites

Mash the ingrediance untill the mix is smooth.

Pour a teaspoon coconut oil into a pan and then pour the mix to form a 3 inch pancake. Let cook about 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 3 minutes!

Surve with honey, fresh fruit and cinnamon!
